This five week workshop is your ultimate movement system reboot. Work with Kim and her highly effective, clinic tested, corrective exercise progression to get your muscles working together in the optimal coordination for spine health to prevent common causes of spine pain: restricted breathing, under engaged back muscles, over dominant hip flexors and quads, over dominant hamstrings, and passive posture control tendencies and untrain your unique compensation patterns. Restore neutral alignment, right-left and upper body-lower body symmetry and movement system synergy.
