This class is for learning kettle bells for strength and endurance training. It’s is designed for optimized core stabilization along with the tone, definition and strength in the arms and legs for synergy and even muscle balance. Strengthening and toning for fitness with low risk for injury. This is an excellent supplement to your established work out routine, can be used for your “core day” or as a strength and endurance training circuit on its own.

This five week workshop is your ultimate movement system reboot. Work with Kim and her highly effective, clinic tested, corrective exercise progression to get your muscles working together in the optimal coordination for spine health to prevent common causes of spine pain: restricted breathing, under engaged back muscles, over dominant hip flexors and quads, over dominant hamstrings, and passive posture control tendencies and untrain your unique compensation patterns. Restore neutral alignment, right-left and upper body-lower body symmetry and movement system synergy. If you’re feeling out of balance to healthy movement, want to reduce your risk for injury or need an overall movement reset for those pesky spots of tension that keep popping up, this class is a good way to get everything back into alignment and functioning and synergy.
