This five week workshop is your ultimate movement system reboot. Work with Kim and her highly effective, clinic tested, corrective exercise progression to get your muscles working together in the optimal coordination for spine health to prevent common causes of spine pain: restricted breathing, under engaged back muscles, over dominant hip flexors and quads, over dominant hamstrings, and passive posture control tendencies and untrain your unique compensation patterns. Restore neutral alignment, right-left and upper body-lower body symmetry and movement system synergy.  If you’re feeling out of balance to healthy movement, want to reduce your risk for injury or need an overall movement reset for those pesky spots of tension that keep popping up, this class is a good way to get everything back into alignment and functioning and synergy.Offered through Joy of Pilates Studio in Bellingham WA.  Space is limited.
