to restore your posture and spine stabilizer activity. Learn how to find neutral posture. Learn body mechanics for common daily activities like bending over, squatting, walking and using stairs.

Draw out compensations for clean spine and limb control with the right muscle sequence. Play with alignment and positioning to jump start your stabilizers with graded increases in challenge level for movement system debugging and carry over into natural movements in the day for improved access to correct muscle activations and patterns of movement without having to constantly think about it.

Learn how to actively control the weight of the head, pelvis, spine and limbs with clean movement patterns against gravity and discover which muscles actually need strengthening versus what seems weak because of learned and subconscious compensations (cheats).

To address changes in the tissue consistency, flexibility and tension caused by movement and posture control compensations and restore the ability to get to neutral spine. Also to maximize your recovery time evenings and off days while you recondition and optimize your movement system

Restore stability and symmetry between upper body and lower body, right side of the body and left side of the body with the last bit of support against gravity so your movement system is able to function optimally regardless of your chosen physical activity - from just living a healthy lifestyle with less (often resolved!) pain, gardening, fitness training, weekend warrioring, outdoor recreation or recreational sport
