Have a set of weights or kettle bells at home that you don’t know what to do with or get back into using? Want to learn a home fitness routine circuit that is safe and effective for conditioning the core but also strengthening the arms in legs? This class is for learning kettle bells for strength and endurance training. It’s is designed for optimized core stabilization along with the tone, definition and strength in the arms and legs for synergy and even muscle balance. Strengthening and toning for fitness with low risk for injury. This is an excellent supplement to your established work out routine, can be used for your “core day” or as a strength and endurance training circuit on its own. Come to just one or all of the classes for extra practice. This class is on Wednesdays for 4 weeks. $30 per class at the clinic or ahead of time through Venmo at @seat2summitPT@gmail.com.
