Feeling tight and stiff? This class will help. Learn self myofascial release and muscle energy techniques to remove the blocks to your natural movement flow or make the most of your recovery days to prevent accumulation of tension or stiffness in your muscles. Bring your own cupping set, gua sha tools and tennis/lacrosse and peanut ball or foam roller. Come to just one or all of the classes for extra practice.
