Rates for Services

Physical Therapy

• $25 per 15 minute increments. ($1.70 per minute)

• $100 for a 1 hour Physical Therapy Evaluation and initial movement prescription/treatment

• $50-75 Physical Therapy Follow Up Sessions: 30-45 minute treatment dependent on plan established in the initial evaluation. Can include:

  • Myofascial release

  • Joint Mobilizations

  • Muscle Energy Techniques

  • Neuromotor / movement system re-education

  • Stretches

  • Exercise

  • Education

  Most people need between 6-8 visits total.

Wellness Services

• Free 15 minute Pain/Injury Prevention Assessment

• $50 for 30 minute Custom Movement Medicine Prescription and Instruction

• $50 for 30 minute Sports Performance Screen and Custom Movement Medicine Prescription
